The PSI Audio A17-M is a reference near field active studio monitor designed to deliver uncompromising accuracy, flawless stereo imaging, and absolute sonic neutrality. How far should I sit from the A17-M?
The typical listening distance is 0.7 to 2 metres. The A17-M is designed for nearfield monitoring.
Should I choose the A17-M or A21-M?
For compact studios, the A17-M provides a compact nearfield reference. For larger rooms or more low-frequency authority, consider the A21-M. Compare the two models above or contact a dealer.
Does the A17-M use DSP?
No. The A17-M uses a 100% analogue signal path and Class A/B amplifiers.
Which finishes are available?
Studio Red, Metal Black, Pure White and custom RAL finishes are available. Custom finishes require additional production time.
Is each monitor individually calibrated?
Yes. Each monitor is measured and calibrated in the PSI Audio anechoic chamber and ships with its personal measurement sheet.
